I just find it funny how old Ashrafiyeh ladies ( or verdun ones ) have fancy brunches and insist on going on a diet. All my respect to all housekeepers in Lebanon who cope with that. *Canderel is a brand of sweetener (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canderel) typically used to replace sugar with something less fattening (e.g. 0 calories)
